I first sought out reflexology as a client when I was trying to conceive my first child. Having a very stressful job, with long hours, including a daily commute, I found the experience extremely relaxing & de-stressing. Then after witnessing first-hand the benefits I felt while pregnant I decided, after my child was born, to change my career as an accountant & retrain as a reflexologist. That was over 15 years ago.

I trained with the London School of Reflexology & became a full member of the Association of Reflexologists ( AOR ) on qualifying in 2005. After further training with leading professionals, now I am fully qualified, and insured, in many aspects of reflexology,  including Maternity Reflexology, Fertility Reflexology / ReproflexologyTM ( I am also a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists, ARR ), Mindful Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Spinal Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) & Facial Reflexology. I continually update & extend my reflexology knowledge so that I can adapt all my treatments to suit the needs of each & every client, using the many different techniques at my disposal, including hand, ear & Vertical Reflexology ( VRT ), all of which can be used by my clients for self-help.

I am passionate about the great effects a reflexology treatment can have on anyone’s wellbeing so I have therefore concentrated all my training on obtaining a broad spectrum of techniques in reflexology & have only included an Indian Head massage in my training because it is such a wonderful add on treatment for a top to toe pamper

I work from home in a ground floor treatment room dedicated to reflexology. It is a comfortable & peaceful room, with relaxing music & candle light, to create the ultimate stress free atmosphere. I only use high quality organic reflexology balm for all foot reflexology treatments and an award winning, crystal-infused blend of essential oils, Zone Face Lift Elixir, for facial reflexology treatments. There is parking on the drive.
